TIMBOON’S Schulz Organic Dairy has again proved it was the cream of the crop.
Schulz Organic Dairy took out a prestigious gold medal for its organic full cream milk in the ‘2018 delicious. Produce Awards’.
The recent win follows a further two gold medals in the 2017 competition.

It has been a busy few weeks for the Schulz Organic Dairy business, with a crowdfunding campaign to raise funds to purchase the equipment needed to package more of their milk in glass bottles being launched.
After a trial phase at farmers’ markets, where 400 hand-filled, hand-labelled one litre glass bottles of organic milk remain a weekly sell-out, Mr Schulz decided it was time to scale the initiative into retail.
He said this would require greater automation.
“With the equivalent of around two billion one litre plastic bottles of milk used and discarded in Australia each year, it’s an issue that needs some urgent attention,” Mr Schulz said.
“We need to find a better way. My hope is that this initiative can pave the way for other milk producers to follow suit.”
The initial campaign target of $48,000 was surpassed, with a new goal set of $144,000.
As of Tuesday morning, with the campaign to finish in four days, more than $77,000 has been pledged.
