Good scores after heavy rain

AFTER a week of heavy rain, the Timboon golf course played very well last Saturday.

A grade was won by Wes Hollick with an impressive 40 stableford points, playing off a handicap of four.

The runner-up was Cody Noonan on 39, with Chris Harkness third on 38.

B grade was won by Ronny McKenzie on 34 points, followed by Steve Kerr 33 and Gavin Rundle 30.

Nearest the pins: 5th Rodney Edge, 7th Wes Hollick, 10th Darren Smith, 11th (second shot) Chris Harkness, 13th (second shot) Andrew Gant and 14th Barry Cook.

Next Saturday will be 4BBB stableford.
