Harness racing draws a crowd
HUNDREDS flocked to Dalvui Raceway on Sunday for an evening of racing.

The nine-race program drew a strong crowd to watch some of the best drivers and horses, both local and afar.
The evening opened with Time To Torque (Trained Peter Manning, driven Kerryn Manning) breaking away to secure the win.
In round two, Keayang Wasabi (Trainer M A Lee, driven Lockie Cook) strode away to victory.
Round three saw Major Drama (Trained David Murphy, driven Brent Murphy) earn the top spot, while the round four Terang Co-Op Conveniently Yours Pace was comfortably won by Blake Bolac (Trained K A Stuart Mitchell, driven Michael Bellman) with the fastest time of the evening.
Race five saw Michaywey (Trained M J Craven, driven Amy Day) claim victory, while the round six Keayang Zahara You Beauty Trot was women by Daisy Bouchea (Trained K W Ainsworth, driven Jason Ainsworth).
The Vale Dick Lee 3Yo and Older Maiden Trot round seven race saw Reginalds Reign (Trained L F O’Keeffe, driven Kerryn Manning) earn the win, with Manning driving his second winner of the evening.
Jensville (Trained B D Finnis, driven Lochie Cook) saluted the round eight VHRC 3YO and Older Maiden Pace.
Taking out the final race of the evening was Jilliby Zucchini (trained M A Lee) as Jason Lee earned yet another career win.
Racing will return to Dalvui Raceway for the final time in 2024 on Monday, December 30.
