Health boost for region
THE generosity and efforts of the Cobden and Timboon communities during this year’s Royal Children’s Hospital Good Friday Appeal were recognised during a special event in Warrnambool last week.
Residents across the district once again dug deep for this year’s Good Friday Appeal, contributing to the state’s overall tally of more than $23 million. Pictured with executive director of the Good Friday Appeal Rebecca Cowan (right) is Cobden’s Fran Warden.
