Interim CEO steps in at Cobdenhealth

LEADING Healthcare’s managing director Adam Sevdalis has stepped into the role of interim chief executive officer (CEO) at Cobdenhealth.

Bill Tsimis, who was in the role, has stepped away for personal reasons as of last week.

Leading Healthcare – who also manages Aberlea in Mortlake - took over management of the Cobdenhealth facility in 2023.

Mr Sevdalis said he took on the role at the close of business on Friday.

He said residents and clients would not notice any changes to processes at Cobdenhealth following the change of CEO.

“Leading Healthcare has been managing the facility for almost 10 months,” Mr Sevdalis said.

“This is simply a change of the person holding the title of CEO, but the strategy that Leading Healthcare has for Cobden remains the same.”

Mr Sevdalis thanked Mr Tsimis for his work.

“Leading Healthcare, as well as Cobdenhealth, are very grateful for all the work that Bill has put in over the last 10 months to place Cobdenhealth into the position it is in today,” he said.

“At Cobdenhealth, we have assembled an exceptional leadership team that has been pivotal in guiding our organisation to its current position.

“It’s important to recognise that this team, beyond solely the CEO, has played a critical role in our journey and will continue to be the driving force in propelling Cobdenhealth forward.”
