Irish four ball at Mortlake

LAST Saturday’s Irish four ball event attracted a strong field to the Mortlake golf course.

The winners on 116 points were Todd Lamont (7), Jack Lehmann (8), Ryan Tanner (31) and Rob Field (13).

Runners-up on 109 points were Kevin Etherton (9), Ben Boers (10), Steve Hubbard (16) and Richard van Diemen (18).

Nearest the pins: 3/12 Ian Jubb, 6/15 Kevin Etherton and 9/18 Craig Fowler.

Last Friday’s nine-hole twilight event was won by Peter West 22-52-30 on countback from runner-up Ian Jubb 15-45-30.

Nearest the pin on the 9th was Ian Jubb.

Next week’s event will be aggregate stableford.
