Juniors run well at district event
JUNIOR students from Camperdown College headed to Noorat last Friday to compete at the district cross-country events.
Forty-two students from years three through to six tackled the course, with Camperdown finishing in third place overall.
A special congratulations to Ruaraidh Menzies who finished first in his age group (nine year-old) and Jack Hillman and Zoe Unwin (11 year-old), Noah Boyd (12 year-old) and Callen McLachlan (10 year-old) who each finished second in their respective races.
A group of 11 students from the school will now compete at division level in Warrnambool on Friday, May 17.
