Knights hit by Storm
A DISASTROUS batting collapse has seen Cobden suffer a 207 run loss to Heytesbury-Princetown in the round 14 Colac-South West premier cricket match at the Cobden Community Bank Recreation Reserve.

The Storm won the toss and elected to bat, posting 7/238 from their 50 overs.
Opening bowlers Parker Walsh and Darcy Mead took two wickets each, as did Paul Pekin in the Storm's total.
The visitors' new ball bowlers ripped through the Cobden top order, reducing the Knights to 7/8 in the tenth over.
No Cobden player made double figures in the team's eventual total of 31 all out in just 24.3 overs.
Parker Walsh top scored with nine from 50 balls.
Now in eighth place, Cobden will look to regroup in this week's final round match against City Colac on the Eastern Reserve turf wicket.
In division two, Cobden scored an eight wicket win over Boorcan at Boorcan.
The home team batted first and were dismissed for 123 from 33.2 overs.
Off-spinner Jonty Robertson led the Cobden bowling with 4/20 from 6.2 overs, while new ball bowler Cooper Beard took 3/22 from six overs.
The division two Knights raced past the Dragons' total in 19.5 overs for the loss of just two wickets.
Jack Hutt was unbeaten on 53 from 55 balls, with Ash Rosolin unbeaten on 35 from 55 balls.
In this week's final round division two match, Cobden will host Heytesbury-Princetown Purple at the Cobden Community Bank Recreation Reserve.
In division three, Cobden had a three-wicket loss to Pomborneit Gold at Pomborneit.
Batting first, the Knights made 5/208, led by 94 to opener Matt Clarke.
Clarke’s innings came from 114 balls and included eight fours and a six.
Pomborneit Gold passed the score in the 36th over for the loss of seven wickets.
Raghavendra Rangarajan led the Cobden bowling with 2/27 from seven overs, with Eamon Sloane also picking up two wickets in the loss.
This week, the fourth place division three Knights play Camperdown at the Camperdown number two oval in their final round match.
In the under 16s on Sunday, Cobden lost to Pomborneit by seven runs at Cobden.
The visitors batted first, posting 5/163 from their 35 overs.
Will Darcy led the Knights bowling with 2/22 from five overs, with captain Eamon Sloane taking 2/24 from six overs.
Cobden's reply was in trouble at 4/38 before partnerships of 56 between Clem Walsh and Ben Vogels, and 54 between Vogels and Will Darcy put Cobden within reach.
Ultimately, the junior Knights fell short, finishing on 9/156 from 35 overs.
Cobden finished the season in second place on the under 16 ladder, and will play Pomborneit again this week in the grand final at SA Wright Oval in Camperdown.
In the under 13s on Monday night, Cobden were defeated by Camperdown at the Camperdown number two oval.
Batting first, Cobden posted 9/105 from their 24 overs.
Anderson Pekin and Ryan Bailey both retired on twenty.
Camperdown replied with 4/120, with Ryan Bailey, Charlie Dunn, Carter Murfett, and William Pitman taking a wicket each.
Cobden finished the season third on the under 13 ladder and will play Camperdown again next week in a semi final.
