Jack Paasse had a toucher with his lead bowl with Taj Merrett and Billy Conheady all drawing shots so the skips stepped up (Golf holding three shots).

Glenn went for cover with his two bowls and Simpson’s skip played weight with both his bowls and missed them both leaving Golf with a two shot win overall 100 to 98.

Kev Conheady’s team of Graeme Fitzgerald, Greg Molan and Greg Edwards had a tough day going down to Kurt Wilson’s rink 10 to 29.
