Moyne adopts new secular opening statement
MOYNE Shire Council has officially adopted a secular statement of values to replace the opening prayer at council meetings.
Change: Moyne Shire councillors voted last week on the wording of the new statement of values, which will replace the opening prayer at the beginning of council meetings. Pictured is councillor Lisa Ryan.
