Sarah takes on new role
COBDEN Technical School staff and students have welcomed Sarah Cook at the role of assistant principal.
Mrs Cook, who has been a teacher at the school for six year, was enjoying settling into the new position.
She said she was looking forward to the challenge.
“It’s going really well,” Mrs Cook said.
“We’ve got a really supportive staff and a good vibe happening.
“Everyone is working really hard to build a positive approach.”
Looking to the future Mrs Cook said she hopes to continue building the positive feedback about the school in the wider community.
“We are very lucky as a school,” she said.
“Our kids get a lot of opportunities and options.
“I’m excited about the opportunities for our students.
“I love this school; I love everything about this school.”
Mrs Cook said she was thankful for being given the opportunity to take on the role of assistant principal.
“I look forward to meeting community members in the role,” she said.
“I’m also looking forward to the challenges along the way and continuing the great pathways in place for students.”
