Steve Lamb and his team have developed a reputation across the district for their compassionate and caring service – and that service was formally recognised recently with the awarding of a ‘Funeral Directors of the Year’ award.
“Through Corporate LiveWire we were nominated for a 2023 Australia Prestige Award which was a great honour,” Mr Lamb said.
“To win Funeral Directors of the Year was icing on the cake. It’s extra special to know all our hard work is paying off.”
Adding to this award, Macqueens’ Belinda Clarke also won the recently announced 2022 Manager of the Year title through Corporate Vision and the company was named Most Personalised Funeral Services Provider (Vic).
“We are thrilled to receive these accolades; it’s not something we work for but it’s certainly nice to know we’re on the right path in our profession,” Mr Lamb said.
